The Toyama Environmental Citizen Platform (PEC Toyama) is a local platform formed by civic groups, companies, educational institutions, individuals, etc. from within and outside Toyama Prefecture with the aim of achieving the common global goals of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
